Due to continue ongoing concerns about the Coronavirus-19, Templar VIP Transportation cotinue to closely monitoring the latest informaation shared from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention CDC) while providing the continuing need for private transportation services during these challenging times. Our reputation and the need for taking precautionary measures to protect the health and well-being of our customers, staff and cummunities. By putting the safety and welfare as a priority 1st for our clients, passengers and driver partners at the forefront of everything we do. As a company we recongized with other major limousine and airport transportation companing transporting passengers every day of the year in the industry, with a threat, such as the COVID-19 virus presents itself, we have a responsibility to act and elimate or minimized.
Our Approach
As mentioned in the above statement we are monitoring the wealth of infomation shared from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and other government agencies to stay updated on the evolving situation.
Reducing Risk
According to the most recent guidance from the CDC, the immediate risk of being exposed to the virus that causes COVID-19 is thought to be low for most people if the following actions are performed by wearing a face mask, washing hands and praticing social distancing. However, in an effort to buid of the following action mentioned we have also implemented addtional action to reduce the risk to our travelers and drivers. We have taken the following steps to mitigate the potential spread of the virus across all of our car reservation booked. Our team contiue to distributed updated training materials to drivers and staff highlighting CDC guidelines for controlling the spread of viruses. Second, enacted new emergency standards for vehicle cleanliness and disinfection protocols during daily and weekly upkeep as well as increasing frequency of vehicle inspections. Lastly, established an executive committee to assure all of the above activities are fully implemented by our drivers and staff.
